Encouragement To Parents

Each of your precious children has been brought about by God’s amazing grace.  Each is crafted for a special plan with lots of strengths and weaknesses……just like you.  Several things to keep in mind as you work with your child:

  1. Always use his strengths to improve his weaknesses.  For example: If he can tell you more than he can produce on paper, be his scribe or introduce the computer.  Teach him to “talk himself” through his problem areas
  2. Find professionals that will work with you and your child.  It takes a team for progress. We have the privilege as professionals to help you as parents to unlock your child’s potential.
  3. Enjoy your child! Play is so important to you and your child but time cheats this area.  Play!
  4. Remember God created your child in a special way for His special plan.  Ask God what it is.
